Elite Training & Development Ltd. is a Romanian training company, that operates mainly on the business sector. Founded in 1997, it became today an important training supplier on the Romanian market in corporate training programs.

The Elite focus is on preparing and delivering dedicated training courses, suited to clients' specifics (as culture, objectives etc) in the following fields: Sales, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, but also in delivering various in-house training programs, mainly for upper-middle and top management. In Elite Training & Development programs there are trained about 6-7000 managers every year, especially from important multinational corporations operating in Romania .

In 1999 it starts a complementary activity in Elite : HRD consulting. The highly specialized consultants team provides widely recognized expertise in: designing and implementing corporate training programs; HRM policies, organization restructuring strategies and procedures, performance evaluation, competence assessments etc.

In the year 2001 the EU Projects Dept. has been created within the institution, as a consequence of the intention to develop and correlate competences with the requirements of the European standards. Thus, Elite Training were involved in various initiatives within the framework of Leonardo da Vinci and Socrates programs.

The partner will undertake the following tasks:

  • Attending trans-national meetings; cooperation within partnership towards achieving project goals;
  • Participating in the research activity upon the best practices, methods and competences of WBT in our country;
  • Elaboration of the web-based modular interactive courses upon specifications to be established in partnership;
  • Assistance to courses' implementation;
  • Implementing and evaluating the courses (including the delivery of the web-based modular interactive courses) upon specifications to be established within partnership;
  • Participating in designing of the promotional materials (informative brochures and CDs);
  • Publishing and updating the information regarding the project on their web-site;
  • Translation and adaptation of the materials created within the project;
  • Dissemination of the information related to the project development and its results, using specific means.
