TEMPO was established in Ostrava in 1996, with the objective to become a renowned computer training center. Soon the branches in Prague and Brno were founded.

Since 1998 we have made giant strides to new activities concerning European educational projects and IT consultancy.

In recent years TEMPO has expanded to U.S. and Germany (offices in San Francisco and Hannover)

The activities of TEMPO covers five major areas:

  • Computer education and training s for PC users and software experts;
  • Training programs to enhance managerial and entrepreneurial skills;
  • Participation on international projects within the scope of EU programs;
  • Language courses using ODL methodologies;
  • Programming and IT consulting services (i.e. design and creation of web pages, software and database development).

The partner will undertake the following tasks:

  • Attending trans-national meetings; cooperation within partnership towards achieving project goals;
  • Participating in the research activity upon the best practices, methods and competences of WBT in own country;
  • Elaboration of the web-based modular interactive courses upon specifications to be established in partnership;
  • Assistance to courses' implementation;
  • Implementing and evaluating the courses (including the delivery of the web-based modular interactive courses) upon specifications to be established within partnership;
  • Participating in designing of the promotional materials (informative brochures and CDs);
  • Publishing and updating the information regarding the project on their web-site;
  • Translation and adaptation of the materials created within the project;
  • Dissemination of the information related to the project development and its results, using specific means.
